Truespeed does not pay your early-termination charge unless they have said so in writing. Get that figure in pounds from the current provider before you agree a date.

Television, mobile handsets, and a care alarm do not move because the broadband does. If a phone number matters, ask about it in the same conversation as the install date. Keep the old router until the new service is up.
