How OneTouchSwitch uses postcodes, account data and cookies under UK GDPR principles.

What we collect and why
A postcode and address are used to estimate which networks and plans may be available. That is service data, not marketing. If you create an account we store the identifiers needed to save deals, reminders and preferences. Emails for alerts are only used if you opt in.
Lawful bases and your rights
Service processing is typically necessary to provide the comparison you asked for. Marketing needs consent, never pre-ticked. You can request access, correction, export or deletion from your account privacy page or by contacting us. We minimise what we send to analytics tools and do not send raw personal data there.
Retention
Anonymous comparison sessions expire. Stale anonymous analytics without a user are designed to be deleted or pseudonymised on a schedule. Account data remains until you delete the account, subject to legal record-keeping such as consent logs.
