The journey
How OneTouchSwitch works
Compare broadband at your address, then your chosen provider manages the UK switch.

A comparison service, not a switch operator
OneTouchSwitch helps you see what broadband is available at your address and understand the cost, speed and contract before you order. We are an independent comparison and information service.
We do not run the regulated One Touch Switch process. That sits between your current provider and the provider you choose. TOTSCo operates an industry messaging hub used by providers; we do not operate that hub.
Three steps
The product journey is deliberately short.
- Tell us where you live, using a UK postcode and address.
- Compare available deals, including monthly, upfront and first-year cost.
- Choose a provider. They take care of the formal broadband switch.
What we will not promise
Switching can still involve early termination charges, installation visits, equipment returns and separate TV or alarm services. We will not claim there is no downtime, no exit fee, guaranteed savings, or government backing.
