Corrections policy

How to tell OneTouchSwitch that a page is wrong, and how a correction is shown.

Last reviewed 8 October 2026. Last fact-checked 8 October 2026.

What we correct

If a page states a fact about switching, a provider process, a price method or a regulation and that fact is wrong or out of date, we correct the page. We do not invent a replacement figure while we check.

Opinion about how to decide is labelled as guidance. A calculator result is an estimate from your inputs, not a fact about the market.

How to send a correction

Use the contact page. Name the URL, the sentence, and the source you are relying on. Ofcom publications and the provider’s own support pages are the sources we check first.

What changes on the page

Material corrections are made in the text and the reviewed date is updated. We do not silently leave a known error in place because it converts better.

Check options for your address

Opening price and minimum-term cost are separate. In this version the catalogue is a demonstration. The provider confirms availability and the order.
