The broadband switch does not always move TV
UK One Touch Switch covers residential fixed broadband and landline. Television packages, set-top boxes and streaming hardware often sit on a different contract. Changing the broadband provider can leave you without TV, or with an early termination charge on the TV product.
What to ask before you order
List every service on the bill: broadband, talk, TV, mobile discounts, landline features. Ask which of them will stop if the broadband ceases. If you want to keep a particular TV product, confirm that in writing.
